Future public deal teasers require manual review and explicit owner approval. Only approved, non-sensitive fields belong on the public site. Geography is optional and needs owner approval; financial claims also need a stated source and verification.
What stays outside the public site
Business URLs, financial models, identity documents, direct contact details and confidential materials must stay outside the public repository and site. Do not place them in a pull request, preview, issue or initial enquiry form.
No agreement is created here
This notice is not an NDA or a promise of confidentiality. The initial enquiry form is for basic non-confidential context, not a secure data room or private disclosure process. The owner and qualified advisers must review consent, access controls and any confidentiality agreement before sensitive information is shared.
